The company was founded by Gustav Schröder in 1926 and is now being managed by the third generation
of family members. Initially the business specialised in the manufacture of kitchen buffets and produced its
products in a small stage manufacturing business in Bünde. Hermann Schröder, who took over the business
from his uncle in 1967, re-oriented the production more and more towards fitted kitchens. During this re-
structuring process the company relocated to Kirchlengern, because this enabled the production area to be expanded.
Today the company is managed by Hermann Schröder and his daughter Kerstin Kröhnert and they both want
to continue the success of this traditional family business with the help of innovative and modern ideas.
Schröder Kitchens has trading partners in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France, England and Luxembourg and produces its products in a production area totalling 12,500 qm. A large selection of modern, individually customisable kitchen ideas can be viewed at the company's in-house display. This gives you the chance to see for yourself the varied design possibilities and flexible technical solutions offered by Schröder Kitchens.
